Performance Dashboard to See Everyone in a Course Shell

The "Performance Dashboard" will let you see everyone, including students, Instructors, and course assistants (such as TAs), in a Bb Learn course shell and when they last accessed the shell. Here's how to use "Performance Dashboard."

  1. In a Bb Learn course shell, click the "Evaluation" link under the "Control Panel" in the left-hand course menu.
  2. Click "Performance Dashboard."
  3. Scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page, and in the lower right, click the "Show All" button.

Users Page

Users Page to See Everyone in a Course Shell

The "Users" page will let you see everyone, including students, Instructors, and course assistants (such as TAs), in a Bb Learn course shell. Here's how to use the "Users" page.

  1. In a Bb Learn course shell, click the "Users and Groups" link under the "Control Panel" in the left-hand course menu.
  2. Click "Users."
  3. In the "Search" row shown in the screenshot below, make sure the drop-down menus and text field appear as shown in the screenshot below. Then click the "Go" button shown in the screenshot below.

  4. Scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page, and in the lower right, click the "Show All" button.

The "Users" page will let you search for select users in a Bb Learn course shell. Here's how to use the "Users" page.

  1. In a Bb Learn course shell, click the "Users and Groups" link under the "Control Panel" in the left-hand course menu.
  2. Click "Users."
  3. In the "Search" row shown in the screenshot below, select from the first-two drop down menus to choose what you want to search for, enter your search term in the text field, and click "Go." Don't select "Not blank" when searching for specific users. Also, you probably will want to have a different search term then "mjg88."

  4. Scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page, and in the lower right, click the "Show All" button.

Full Grade Center for a List of Students

The default view of "Full Grade Center" in Bb Learn will provide you a list of all the students in a course. Instructors and course assistants (such as TAs) are generally not included in this list unless the Instructor or course assistant has set their "Student Preview" user to remain after Instructor or course assistant exits out of the "Student Preview" view. Roster Tool Page

Roster Tool Page to See All Students in a Course Shell

The "Roster" tool page will let you see all students in a Bb Learn course shell. Here's how to use the "Roster" tool page to see all student users.

  1. In a Bb Learn course shell, click the "Course Tools" link above the "Control Panel" in the left-hand course menu.
    If you don't have a such a link, look for a "Tool" link instead, or contact us if you wish to have a "Roster" tool page.
  2. Click "Roster."
    If you don't have a such a link and wish to use this tool, contact us.
  3. In the "Search" row shown in the screenshot below, make sure the drop-down menus and text field appear as shown in the screenshot below. Then click the "Go" button shown in the screenshot below
