If grades for Turnitin Direct in "Full Grade Center" are not appearing properly, you should first follow the instructions at the webpage below if you haven't already, and then return to this webpage for the next steps.

Next, perform the following steps for any student who has a grade showing in the Turnitin Direct assignment's column in "Full Grade Center." If there is only an exclamation point in a student's cell, you don't need to worry about doing this for that student. This will remove any grades or comments you made in "Full Grade Center" that are not in the "Turnitin Document Viewer" for the student's assignment. If that's an issue, and you don't know how to gather these comments, yourself, contact us.

  1. Go to "Full Grade Center."
  2. Hover over the cell containing any student’s numerical grade.
  3. Delete the number completely, but do NOT press the “Enter” or “Return” key yet.
  4. Enter into the cell a single hyphen or a -
  5. Now, press the “Enter/Return” key on your keyboard.
  6. Make sure “Mark as Needs Grading” is selected.
  7. Click “Submit.”
  8. Repeat for any other student who has a numerical showing in the Turnitin Direct assignment's column in "Full Grade Center."
