Drexel University uses a CallXpress voicemail system. Voicemail-to-Email is an optional service for purchase with it.
To forward your Drexel voicemails to your Drexel email, you NEED to talk to your supervisor or department head and get their approval, as this may cost money.
If your supervisor or department head has questions, have them contact ihelp@drexel.edu with John McNamara and Mike Galloway cc'd.
It is best to let us liaison to make this request, but we need your supervisor or department head to approve.
