Making Participants into Presenters -- Before a Meeting
Introduction
If you want students to be able to do student presentations, or other participants in Bb Collaborate Ultra to be presenters...If Using a Session
Note: All Instructors and Teaching Assistants in Bb Learn course sections are Moderators by default. No need to elevate their privileges. Moderators can do everything a Presenter can do and more.Here is how make someone a Presenter or Moderator in a Session before a Bb Collaborate Ultra meeting.
1. Visit the Bb Collaborate Ultra page in your Bb Learn course section
Go to https://learn.dcollege.net and click "Courses" in the left navigation panel. And look for your course on the "Current Courses" page.
2. Click the icon next to either the "Session" you created.And click "Edit Settings."
3. Scroll down in the right panel to "Session Settings."
And click to expand "Session Settings."
4. Under "Session Settings," and under "Default Attendees," click "Presenter."
5. Scroll down, and click "Save."
If Using the Course Room

1. Visit the Bb Collaborate Ultra in your Bb Learn course section

2. Click the icon next to either the default "Course Room."
And click "Edit settings."
3. Under "Session Settings," and under "Default Attendees," click "Presenter."
4. Scroll down, and click "Save."
