Important Note for Instructors
If you have not already worked with an Ascend Education representative to set up your course, please reach out to them immediately. If you do not have their contact information, please email ihelp@drexel.edu for assistance.
Overview
Ascend Education is a platform used for specific course labs and digital materials. If you are experiencing issues with logging in or accessing your course content, please follow the steps below.
Getting Started & Login Instructions
- Accessing Your Account: Students should reach out directly to their Course Instructor to receive a PDF document containing specific instructions for their section.
- Credentials: This PDF will include the necessary details regarding your username and initial login process.
Activation Keys & Access
To fully activate your course materials, an activation key is required. You can obtain this in one of two ways:
- Drexel Bookstore: Purchase an access code directly through the Drexel University Bookstore.
- Direct Purchase: You may have the option to purchase access directly through the Ascend Education portal immediately after your first login.
