For the Vertabelo (ERD Tool), we know it's something used for INFO 365 and other classes before.

If you are an instructor seeking ways to integrate Vertabelo into your course, there are other professors who have used this software a lot and can recommend effective ways to use it. 

It's not something we at the SCIS Commons are familiar with ourselves.

That said, students and instructors are allowed to use it for free, according to the 2 support pages below.
