Joan room booking
Joan devices show the schedule of rooms around 3675 Market and can be used to book time in some.
What is Joan?
CCI makes use of the Joan scheduling system – small e-ink displays which show current and upcoming events in scheduled rooms. These can be found near the entrance to all CCI classrooms and conference rooms, as well as other rooms which can be scheduled in advance.
How do I get access?
Joan tablets can be used by any person, by simply walking up to the device.
To schedule meetings ahead of time, faculty and staff can use Outlook calendars. Students can email ihelp@drexel.edu to schedule spaces.
