Kaltura Drexel Streams -- Troubleshooting

Error Opening Kaltura or Drexel Streams Link,

Especially if in Bb Learn Discussion Board. Bb Learn Discussion Board post pages (maybe other Bb Learn pages) have an issue with these links that has to do with how the page is coded using iframes. The issue has been reported to DU IT and Blackboard.

Try following if you get error opening Kaltura or Drexel streams link.

1. Copy/paste the text of the Kaltura or Drexel Streams link into a new tab in your web browser.
2. Right-click or 2-finger-click or ctrl-click the link, and choose option to open in a new tab. 
3. In Firefox, press the button or option to open in a new window if you see an error pag.

Low Volume/Hard-to-Hear Audio?

If you are having trouble hearing a professor due to low audio, or bad audio, try this possible work-around solution.

For Chrome, download/install the "Volume Master" extension from the Chrome Web Store at the link below.
