Picotte
Picotte is the job-based compute cluster provided by the University for research.
What is Picotte?
Picotte is a University-wide compute cluster supported by Central IT. It has a mix of Intel CPUs and Nvidia V100 GPUs, running Red Hat Enterprise Linux and the Slurm scheduler for batch processing.
Picotte has a total of 4224 cores, 19.2TiB of RAM, and a total of 825 TiB usable storage.
All jobs on Picotte are submitted using the Slurm scheduler and are not guaranteed to run immediately. Picotte also does not support interactive jobs.
How do I get access?
To begin a conversation about Picotte access, please email Brian Bijeau at bjb344@drexel.edu. Please include information about the research you are doing, including dataset sizes, packages you expect to need, access control requirements, and any other collaborators you are working with.
