vCenter is a virtualization environment for educational use
What is vCenter?
CCI’s vCenter Environment provides an interface for Students to work with various Virtual Machines to perform educational lab exercises. Faculty and TAs are given full control over students' VMs and students have the ability to have a dedicated VM for the term. Some examples of usage: Multiple Ubuntu Linux VMs on a private network with a Kali Linux VM and a Metasploitable VM. This setup allows for students to perform ethical hacking and penetration testing without risk to the Drexel network.
How do I get access?
CCI Faculty and Staff can request access to vCenter for usage in a given course by opening a help desk ticket with ihelp@drexel.edu
