Outlook -- Fixing Auto-correct in Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

After auto-correct converts something to an emoji, or makes 2 hyphens into 1, or does some automatic change, immediately do an Undo (or a few Undo's).

• On Mac, use Cmd + Z
• On Windows, use Ctrl + Z

If using Outlook for the Web, do the ctrl+z but hold the buttons down for an extra second. Outlook for the Web may immediately redo otherwise.
