Being prompted for your login in the Outlook program installed on your Windows computer?
And your login is not working?
Do not include "DREXEL\" or "Drexel\" with the userid or email.
Instead, use your Drexel short form email address, and your DrexelOne password.

• This is the email address containing your DrexelOne username, but with "@drexel.edu" added afterwards.
