Instructions on exporting to grade center
***NOT RECOMMENDED***
Echo360 is NOW named Echo Video, starting in 2023.
These are directions for exporting activity grades from Echo Video to Bb Learn.
You can only export one type of activity results at a time, and you can only create one column in Grade Center for all results from Echo Video for a course shell/section.
1. Access the Echo Video course website
2. Click "ANALYTICS."
3. Click "Export & Gradebook" on the left-hand side.
4. Check the box in front of the class with results you want to download to Grade Center.
5. Choose what type of results you want to export to Grade Center. The choice of types are below.
(a) Engagement
(b) Attendance
(c) Activity participation %
(d) Video view %
(e) Presentation views
(f) Activity score %
6. Note that the Grade Center column will be named according to what the name of the course is in Echo Video, and while you can change this name to your view in "Full Grade Center," students will still only see it by the "Echo Video" name.
7. Click "SEND TO GRADEBOOK."
8. Click "OK" at the prompt that says that you understand that you are overwriting any pre-existing column that you already created using this method in the same Bb Learn course shell.
9. Check "Full Grade Center" in your Bb Learn course shell
