• If you open Lockdown Browser manually yourself, the pop-up window for Microsoft Passkey use will NOT appear normally.  Here is what to do.
  • When you login to Canvas, after entering your email address, do NOT single-click the Sign In button.
    • Double-click or triple-click the Sign In button.
    • The failure message screen will have a "Try Another Way" link.
    • Click that "Try Another Way" link, and you should be able to use your password.
