Password Resetting for Blackboard and DrexelOne
Note that your password Blackboard (Bb Learn or Drexel Learn) is the same as your password for DrexelOne.

If you have forgotten the password for both of the above websites and do not have it recorded elsewhere, like in a password manager, you can usually reset your Blackboard or DrexelOne password easily.
To do so, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the following webpage, and then provide the information requested on the webpage.
You will need your Drexel Username and Drexel University ID number, amongst other personal information, to verify your identity.
