Bb Learn Grading Assignments -- Downloading All Submissions
NOTE: This method downloads all student submissions for a particular Bb Learn assignment that have been submitted up to this point. If one or more students haven't submitted yet, then those submissions won't be downloaded.
If you wish to download all the submissions/attempts for a Bb Learn assignment to your computer, here's how to do that.
- In the Bb Learn course shell with the assignments, click to expand "Grade Center" under the "Control Panel" in the left-hand course menu.
- Click "Full Grade Center."
- Click the circled down arrow in the column header for the column corresponding to the Bb Learn assignment whose submissions you want to download.
- Click "Assignment File Download.
Do NOT click "Assignment File Cleanup." - Select users whose assignments you want to download.
To select all users, scroll down to the bottom of the page and check "Show All" in the lower-right hand corner
When the page reloads, click the top-most checkbox next to the "Name" column. This will select the checkboxes for all the users who submitted to the assignment. - Scroll to the bottom of the page, and choose if you only want the last submission/attempt ("Last attempt file") from each student for the assignment or all submissions/attempts ("All attempt files").
- Click "Submit."
- Wait for the page to finish loading/processing your request.
- Click the "Download assignments now" link and download the zipped/compressed file of the submissions to your computer.
- Click "OK" in the lower-right to return to "Full Grade Center."
