1. Enter your Applications folder in Finder or Spotlight Search.
2. Click "zoom .us" menu in upper left.
3. Click "Check for Updates."

Windows

1. Open the Start menu or Windows menu in lower left.
2. Click your initials or picture in upper right of Zoom.
3. Click "Check for Updates."
