Bb Learn Content Areas -- Copying Content

Introduction

The Instructions in the next section below explain how to copy individual pieces of content between 2 Bb Learn sections without doing a full course copy or to other content areas within the same Bb Learn course section.
You can copy most content.
Some notable exceptions are (1) assignment submission links and (2) test or survey submission links.

Also, note:

  • Course Links are often the best alternative for making assignment or test or discussion board forum links appear twice within the same Bb Learn course section.
      •  Bb Learn Content Areas -- Course Links
  • Tests can be exported/imported to a different Bb Learn course section. It's effectively copying them, but you need to follow the instructions at the link below, not the section below.
      •  Bb Learn Tests -- Exporting and Importing
  • Assignments have to be recreated in a different Bb Learn course section. You cannot copy them individually to a different Bb Learn course section. A course copy has to be done, and a lot of other materials almost always get copied over as well.
      •  But contact Mike Galloway at mjg88@drexel.edu if you have more than 5 assignments or so to copy, to see if he has a work-around.
